厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮对慢性心衰合并心律失常心功能的影响

Effects of Irbesartan combined with Amiodarone on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia

目的:观察慢性心衰合并心律失常患者应用厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗对心功能的影响。方法:选择慢性心衰伴心律失常患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组单用胺碘酮,观察组予以胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组心功能[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、不良反应及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后LVEF值高于对照组,LVEDD与LVESD值低于对照组,临床疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦与胺碘酮联用可改善慢性心衰伴心律失常患者心功能,提高临床疗效,利于改善患者预后。

Objective: To observe effects of Irbesartan combined with Amiodarone on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia. Methods: Eighty-four patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 42 cases in each. The control group was treated with Amiodarone alone, while the observation group was treated with Amiodarone combined with Irbesartan. The cardiac function [left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular ejection fractions (LVEF)], adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: After the treatment, the LVEF value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the LVEDD and LVESD values were lower than those of the control group;the clinical efficacy was better than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, however, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions: In the patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia, Irbesartan combined with Amiodarone can improve the cardiac function, enhance the clinical efficacy and is beneficial to the patients’ prognosis.
