喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗双相情感障碍伴躁狂发作的疗效

Efficacy of Quetiapine combined with Sodium valproate in treatment of bipolar disorders with manic episodes

目的:观察丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍伴躁狂发作的临床疗效。方法:选取60例双相情感障碍伴躁狂发作患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予小剂量氯氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组给予喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗,比较治疗6周后两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者的杨氏躁狂评定量表(YMRS)评分、贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组YMRS评分、BRMS评分水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗双相情感障碍伴躁狂发作的效果优于小剂量氯氮平联合丙戊酸钠,能有效抑制患者躁狂发作,且有助于促进患者认知功能的恢复。

Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy of sodium valproate combined with Quetiapine in treatment of bipolar disorder with manic episodes. Methods: Using the random number table method, 60 patients with bipolar disorders with manic episodes were divided into two groups, 30 in each group. The control group was given a small dose of Clozapine combined with sodium valproate, while the observation group was treated with Quetiapine combined with Sodium valproate. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared after 6 weeks of treatment. Results: Before the treatment, there were no significant difference in the YMRS (Young mania rating scale) score and BRMS (Bech-Rafaelsen mania rating scale) score between the two groups (P>0.05). However, after the treatment, the YMRS score and BRMS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Quetiapine combined with Sodium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorders with manic episodes is superior to smalldose Clozapine combined with Sodium valproate. Moreover, it can effectively inhibit the manic episodes and promote the cognitive function recovery.
