综合优质护理在肛周脓肿患儿护理中的应用效果观察

Application effects of comprehensive and high quality nursing in children with perianal abscess

目的:观察综合优质护理在小儿肛周脓肿患儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取60例行肛周脓肿手术患儿作为研究对象,将肛周脓肿切开引流术后采取常规护理为对照组,采取综合优质护理为观察组,两组各30例,比较两组术后恢复情况及患儿家长满意度。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患儿的肛周脓肿复发率、肛瘘发生率和并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),患儿家长的肛周脓肿认知情况、依从性和满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合优质护理可明显提高肛周脓肿临床治疗效果,改善医患关系,具有重要的现实意义和临床价值。

Objective: To explore application effects of comprehensive and high quality nursing in children with perianal abscess. Methods: 60 children with perianal abscess were selected as the study subjects. All the children were treated with the incision and drainage. Then, the control group (n=30) was given the routine nursing, while the observation group (n=30) used the comprehensive and high quality nursing. The recoveries and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the recurrence rate of anal abscess, the incidence of anal fistula and the incidence of complications were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05). The cognition, compliance and satisfaction of the parents of the children of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Comprehensive and high quality nursing can significantly improve the clinical treatment effects of perianal abscess and improve the the doctor-patient relationship. Moreover, it has important practical significance and clinical values.
