摘要 从金属等离子体振荡概念,表面等离子体波及其特征,表面等离子体共振的光激发—衰减全反射三方面浅析了SPR 技术的物理机制及激励方法;并探讨了SPR 传感器的技术应用. In this paper, the physical mechanism and excitation method of SPR technology were analyzed from three aspects: the concept of metal plasma oscillation, surface plasmon wave and its characteristics, and the photoexcitation-attenuation total reflection of surface plasmon resonance. The application of SPR sensor technology was also discussed.
