摘要
针对镍氢电池化成测试过程中电池放电以热能形式消耗的现象,提出一种基于MSP430单片机实现的能量回收装置,采用高效AC/DC和DC/DC变换、卡尔曼滤波技术等对传统电路进行改进和算法优化,有效解决系统测试过程中能量回收效率低的问题。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the discharge of Ni-MH batteries consumes heat energy in the process of formation test, an energy-recovery device based on MSP430 MCU is proposed. The traditional circuit is improved and the algorithm is optimized by using high efficiency AC/DC and DC/DC convertor, Kalman filter technology, which effectively solves the problem of low energy-recovery efficiency in the process of batter-formation test.
