摘要
风电机组主轴组件主要包括主轴、主轴承、前后端圈、前后端盖、轴承座等相关零件。本研究主要研究了热套主轴承安装方法对主轴组件装配质量的影响,并深入研究垂直热套装配方式对主轴承轴向定位,轴向游隙的影响,为风电机组主轴组件装配方法提供参考及理论依据。基于本研究成果设计了液压连杆机构,该机构可有效准确控制主轴承轴向间隙、主轴承轴向游隙,可提升主轴组件的整体刚度,从而解决主轴组件安装工艺不完善带来的质量风险,保证风电机组主轴组件运行安全。
The wind turbine main shaft component include the main shaft, main bearing, front and back end ring, front and back end cover, main bearing and other related component. This research mainly studied the heat set of main bearing installation method affect the quality of the main shaft component assembly, and further study of the vertical heat sleeve assembly method of main shaft component influence of axial positioning, axial clearance, this study will provide reference and theoretical basis for the wind turbine main shaft component assembly . Based on the research results the hydraulic crank connecting rod mechanism is designed, this mechanism can effectively and accuracy control the main bearing axial positioning and the main bearing axial clearance, this method can enhance the overall stiffness of main shaft component, so as to solve the imperfect of the main shaft component installation process which can cause quality risk, guarantee the safe operation of wind turbines main shaft component.
