摘要
小批量多品种的生产方式要求企业的生产线具有柔性化、快速反应的特性。灵活多变的需求使得工艺方案频繁变更。通过模拟制造进行生产线虚拟实现是获取最优化工艺路线的一种先进方法。本文运用柔性制造技术和仿真模拟软件Arena,通过对某合套装配线的研究,设计出产能提升的方案。
In a small batch and Multi-variety manufacturing, enterprises are supposed to have some characteristics such as flexibility and rapid reaction. Flexible demands make the process plan changed frequently. An advanced technology to obtain the best process paths is to use the manufacturing simulation to show the real activity of manufacturing lines. The main contents of this paper which I learned are based on the application of flexible manufacturing technology and Arena (a manufacturing simulation software) by researching on the assembly line of wheel loader’s combination for a loader to improve efficiency.
