基于NIHSS、NDS评分的银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中的疗效评估

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Yinxingmihuan Oral Solution for Progressive Ischemic Stroke based on NIHSS and NDS Scores

目的:探讨基于NIHSS评分、NDS评分的银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中的疗效,并观察其对患者血清SAA和IL-6水平的影响。方法:选取2016年1月~2018年1月在我院神经内科住院治疗的160例首次发生进展性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银杏蜜环口服溶液。比较两组治疗前后的NIHSS评分、NDS评分、血清SAA和IL-6水平。结果:治疗1周和治疗2周后,两组的NIHSS评分和NDS评分均较同组治疗前改善,且治疗组的NIHSS评分和NDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组血清SAA和IL-6水平均较同组治疗前下降,且治疗组的血清SAA和IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在急性缺血性脑卒中常规治疗的基础上加用银杏蜜环口服溶液可有效改善进展性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损,促进其神经功能恢复,降低血清SAA和IL-6水平,疗效显著。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yinxingmihuan oral solution in the treatment of patients with progressive ischemic stroke based on NIHSS and NDS scores, and to evaluate its effect on serum SAA and IL-6 levels of these patients. Methods: From January 2016 to January 2018, 160 patients with progressive ischemic stroke first-episode who were hospitalized in neurology department in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the treatment group was given Yinxingmihuan oral solution on the basis of the control group. The NIHSS score, NDS score, SAA and IL-6 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After one week and two weeks of treatment, the NIHSS and NDS scores of the two groups were improved compared with those in the same group before treatment, and the NIHSS score and NDS score of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05;the serum SAA and IL-6 levels of the two groups were lower than those in the same group before treatment, and the serum SAA and IL-6 levels of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: On the basis of routine treatment of progressive ischemic stroke, Yinxingmihuan oral solution can effectively improve the neurological deficit of patients with acute progressive ischemic stroke, promote the recovery of neurological function, and reduce the levels of serum SAA and IL-6. The curative effect is remarkable.
