外科护理人员对压疮预防态度及其影响因素的调查研究

The Study on Attitude of Surgical Nurses to Pressure Ulcer Prevention and Its Influencing Factors

目的:调查外科护理人员对压疮预防的态度,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用描述性研究设计,通过压疮预防态度量表(APuP)调查我院从事外科护理专业的102名护士对压疮预防的态度,并分析人口学特征、教育背景、工作科室、工作时间、有无定期接受压疮护理培训等对压疮预防态度的影响。结果:本组护士APuP平均总分为(42.4±4.2)分,占满分的81.50%。各子项得分由高至低依次为压疮对患者的影响、压疮预防的优先次序、压疮预防的个人胜任能力、压疮预防的责任感和对压疮预防效果的信心,分别占各子项满分的88.90%、83.60%、76.40%、52.80%和51.60%。单因素分析发现,定期接受压疮护理培训的护理人员APuP得分显著提高(P<0.05),而不同性别、年龄、教育背景、工作科室、工作时间的护理人员APuP得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:我院外科护理人员对压疮预防的态度总体较为积极,但个人责任和信心方面有待提高,针对压疮的定期护理培训,有助于提高护理人员对压疮预防的积极性。

Objective: To investigate the attitude of surgical nurses to pressure ulcer prevention, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: This study adopts a descriptive research design, the attitudes of 102 surgical nurses in our hospital towards pressure ulcer prevention were investigated through the Attitude towards Pressure ulcer Prevention Instrument(APuP). The effects of demographic characteristics, education background, working department, working time and whether to receive nursing training for pressure ulcer regularly on the attitudes to pressure ulcer prevention were analyzed. Results: The average total score of APuP for nurses in this study was (42.4 ±4.2) scores, accounting for 81.5% of the full score. From high to low, the scores of each sub-item in turn were the effect of pressure ulcer on patients, prioritization in preventing pressure ulcer, individual ability in preventing pressure ulcer, personal responsibility in preventing pressure ulcer and confidence in the effect of preventing pressure ulcer, accounting for 88.90%, 83.60%, 76.40%, 52.80% and 51.60% of the full scores of each sub-item. Univariate analysis showed that APuP scores of surgery nurses who received regular pressure ulcer nursing training increased significantly (P<0.05), while the nurses of different gender, age, education background, working department and working time were not related to the APuP scores (P>0.05). Conclusions: The general attitude of surgical nurses in our hospital to pressure ulcer prevention is more positive, but their personal responsibility and confidence aspect need to be improved. Regular nursing training for pressure ulcer prevention is helpful to improve the positive attitude.
