服务于武汉城市圈的旅游英语人才培养研究——基于对旅游企业的调查分析

Research on Tourism English Talents Cultivation Serving Wuhan City Circle——Based on Investigation and Analysis of Tourism Enterprises

武汉城市圈的各城市的融合发展促进了区域旅游业的发展,加大了对旅游英语人才的需求。目前,旅游英语人才培养与当地区域旅游业发展不匹配,在人才培养数量、质量等方面与用人单位的要求还存在一定差距,供需矛盾突出。以人本主义和区域均衡发展理论为指导,通过文献政策研究、问卷调查、现场访谈等方式,预测未来武汉城市圈旅游业发展趋势及旅游英语人才培养问题,提出从教材建设、理论与实践比例调整、沟通能力培养、师资力量补充、人才培养体系完善等方面加强人才培养。

The integrated development of cities inside Wuhan City Circle has promoted the development of regional tourism and increased the demand for Tourism English talents.Presently the cultivation of Tourism English talents mismatches the development of tourism in the local area.There is still a certain gap between the number and quality of talents cultivation and the requirements of employers,which shows prominent contradiction between talents’ supply and demand.Guided by the theory of humanism and regional equilibrium development,through literature and policy research,questionnaire survey,and on-site interviews,it predicts the future development trend of tourism in Wuhan city circle and the issue of cultivation of Tourism English talents,and proposes to strengthen talents’ cultivation from the aspects of construction of textbooks,adjustment of the percentage between theory and practice,practice of communication ability,enrichment of teachers’ team,and perfection of talents cultivation system.
