城市轨道交通车站员工培训的现实问题及应对策略——以苏州市轨道交通集团为例

摘要 自2011年起,苏州市轨道交通已成功运营了3条线路,分别为1号线、2号线、4号线,运营状态良好。运营成功的经验表明,培训工作是提高员工综合素质和增强企业核心竞争力的重要手段之一。从分析城市轨道交通车站员工培训的现实问题入手,深入探讨城市轨道交通车站员工培训的重要作用,结合苏州轨道交通集团车站员工培训工作,提出应对策略,构建城市轨道交通车站员工培训体系。 Suzhou Rail Transit has successfully operated three lines since 2011,namely line 1,line 2 and line 4,which are all in good operational condition.The experience of successful operation shows that training is one of the important means to improve employees’ overall quality and enhance their core competitiveness.Starting from analysis of the practical problems of employees’ training in urban rail transit stations,it fundamentally discusses the important role of employees’ training in urban rail transit stations,and combines the training work for station employees of Suzhou Rail Transit Group to propose countermeasures and construct a training system for urban rail transit station employees.
