我国装备制造业正面临产业结构调整的“阵痛期”。装备制造企业高技能人才不足,已成为制约区域装备制造业发展的瓶颈。因此,只有发挥地方政府、学校、企业三方优势,形成高技能人才培养的合力,才能培养出符合地方产业发展所需的高技能人才。

China’s equipment manufacturing industry is facing a “painful period” of industrial restructuring. The lack of technical and skilled personnel in equipment manufacturing enterprises has become a bottleneck restricting the development of regional equipment manufacturing industry. Therefore, only by giving full play to the advantages of local government, schools and enterprises, and forming a joint effort to train students, can we cultivate genuine technical and skilled talents.
