基于区域协同创新理论的阅读推广体系研究——以湖州市为例

Research on Reading Promotion System Based on Regional Collaborative Innovation Theory——Take Reading Promotion in Huzhou as an Case

构建科学的区域阅读推广体系,对于深入开展阅读推广工作,确保全民阅读成效具有非常重要的意义。在区域协同创新理论的指导下,通过对湖州市公共图书馆与高校图书馆阅读推广现状的研究,发现湖州市的阅读推广工作还存在着阅读推广长效机制不健全、协同创新动力不足、队伍建设不完善等问题。应加快推进全民阅读建章立制工作,构建有效的区域阅读推广协同创新机制,创造有利的区域阅读推广协同创新条件,培育专业的阅读推广人才队伍,促使全民阅读工作取得实效。

It is of great significance to build a scientific regional reading promotion system, which is of great significance to the promotion of reading promotion and to ensure the effectiveness of reading. Guided by the theory of regional synergetic innovation, this paper studies the current situation of reading promotion between Huzhou public librariy and University library, analyzes the problems existing in the long term mechanism, organization, evaluation system, collaborative innovation and team building of reading promotion, explores the path of synergetic innovation of regional reading promotion, and to promote the construction of regional reading promotion system.
