中美贸易战视域下中国科技期刊的建设路径

Research on the Construction and Planning of Chinese Science and Technology Periodicals in the Perspective of Sino-US Trade War

中美贸易战愈演愈烈,美国政府先后对中兴通讯与华为进行了不同层次的打压,中国商业贸易环境正在面临前所未有的巨大压力。受中美贸易战的启发,文章使用实证分析法,肯定了我国曾经坚持独立自主、自力更生道路所取得的巨大科技创新成就;采用调查研究法,对国内学者近期发表的相关研究成果进行了梳理和总结。研究表明:我国科技期刊建设应当在继续坚持自立自强为主策略的同时,稳步推进国际化战略部署,争夺全球产业链的主导权与话语权。

The Sino US trade war is intensifying. The US government has suppressed ZTE and Huawei at different levels. China’s business and trade environment is facing unprecedented tremendous pressure. Inspired by the Sino US trade war and using empirical analysis, this paper affirms the great achievements of scientific and technological innovation that China has made in adhering to the road of independence and self reliance. This paper uses the method of investigation and research to sort out and summarize the relevant research results recently published by domestic scholars. The research shows that the construction of sci tech periodicals in China should not only continue to adhere to the strategy of self reliance and self improvement, but also steadily promote the international strategic deployment and compete for the dominance and voice of the global industrial chain.
