摘要
童装业是织里的传统产业,也是当地的核心产业。改革开放以来,随着中国经济的腾飞,织里童装业得到了快速发展,与此同时,也不可避免地存在一些发展中的问题。本研究采用问卷和走访相结合的方式,对织里童装业进行了调研,并利用PEST模型对调研数据进行分析。结果显示:现阶段的织里童装业发展存在着政府引导欠缺、经济转型不充分、技术创新缺失、品牌效应较差以及业主安于现状等不足。因此,当地政府应加大对中小童装企业资金和技术方面的引导与扶持,并强化产业监管与治理,建立良好的产业生态环境。另外,在新经济时代,织里童装业要实现突破,也必须重视自身品牌建设,把握微笑曲线两端,实现可持续发展。
The children’s wear industry is the most traditional and core industry in the Zhili. With taking off on the economy of China after Reform and Opening up , local children’s wear of Zhili has also developed very fast. However, behind the glamorous data, there are still lots of hidden problems such as insufficient internal development and imbalance. This study uses methods of questionnaires and interviews to examine the current status of the industry, and analyze it under the theory of PEST model. The survey shows that the problem of the children’s wear industry in the development process mainly lack of reasonable guidance on SMEs, inadequate economic transformation, lack of technological innovation, poor brand effect, and the status quo of employees. Based on this, it is particularly important to increase the guidance and support for SMEs’ capital and technology, strengthen industrial supervision and governance of local social problems, and establish a good industrial ecological environment. In the new economic era, in order to achieve breakthroughs in the children’s wear industry, they must successfully launch regional brands and grasp the two ends of the smile curve to truly achieve sustainable development.
