摘要
为了适应快速发展的社会与剧烈波动的环境,越来越多员工展现出亲社会违规行为,该现象受到了企业和学术界的广泛关注。通过7个不同的理论视角来梳理亲社会违规行为的影响机制和实证研究,探讨了在面对变化的环境时,工作场所内的员工偏差行为其结果并非都是坏的,也可能是为组织利益而违背规则的利他行为,并提出了员工可能会出现工作场所偏差行为的原因,在现有文献基础上提出未来可研究的方向。
In order to adapt to the rapid development of society and the drastic fluctuation of environment,this paper combs the related research of prosocial violations in enterprises from seven different theoretical perspectives.It points out that human resources are an important factor affecting the development of enterprises,analyses the similar concepts of prosocial violations,better understands their connotations,and probes into employees′deviations in the workplace in the face of changing environment.The results are not all bad,or may be altruistic behavior that violates rules for the benefit of the organization.The reasons why employees may deviatefrom the rules in the workplace are put forward,and different mechanisms and empirical studies affecting prosocial violations are found.Based on the existing literature,the directions for future research are put forward.
