本文讨论了基于“双培养”机制的高校高知群体发展党员工作,分析了“双培养”机制在高知群体创新教育培养中的必要性,提出“一提升、两并重、三结合”的培养模式,并针对高校高知群体特别是青年高知群体教师的培养,提出了可行性建议。

This paper discusses the work of recruiting senior intellectual into the Party based on the "double training" mechanism, analyzes the necessity of "double training" mechanism in the development of innovation education of senior intellectual, and proposes the cultivation model of "one promotion, two emphases, three combinations". Also, the paper proposes feasible suggestions for training the college senior intellectual, especially the young senior intellectual teachers.
