摘要
高校作为培养高素质人才的教育基地,学生干部是思想政治教育和日常管理工作的先锋队伍,加强学生干部的心理健康教育研究对助推高校学生工作稳步推进具有重要意义。本文通过剖析当前学生干部在心理健康方面存在的系列问题,旨在基于霍桑效应理论探索学生干部耦合培养机制,进一步丰富完善心理健康教育理论体系。
As an educational base for cultivating high-quality talents, college cadres are the pioneering team of ideological and political education and daily management. Strengthening the research on mental health education of student cadres is of great significance to promote the steady advancement of college student work. This paper analyzes the current series of problems of student cadres in mental health, aiming to explore the cooperative training mechanism of student cadres based on the Hawthorne effect theory, and further enrich and improve the theoretical system of mental health education.
