高校建筑类专业创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Architectural Majors of Colleges and Universities

随着建筑市场热度的下降,以及大量境外建筑事务所进入中国市场[1],建筑行业对相关专业人才的需求也在发生变化。以传统型式培养的建筑类专业人才在创新创业能力的培养上亟需加强。重庆交通大学通过数年的实践,在建筑类人才的创新创业能力培养上摸索出了一条自己的道路,主要包括融入教学体系的创业辅导课程,创新创业教学与产业基地之间的有机结合机制,校企联合的创新复合型人才培养模式,针对不同创业阶段的由较完整系统的创业讲座,提供多样的辅助支持活动,和用竞赛等方式提升创业热情等几个方面。

With the decline of the architecture market and the entry of a large number of overseas architectural firms into the Chinese market, the demand for related professionals in the architecture industry is also changing. Architectural professionals trained in traditional styles need to be strengthened in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability. Through years of practice, Chongqing Jiaotong University has explored its own path in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in architectural majors, including integrating entrepreneurship counseling courses into the teaching system, carrying out the organic integration mechanism between innovation and entrepreneurship teaching and industrial bases, adopting the school-enterprise joint model of innovative and compound talent training, carrying out complete and systematical lectures for different stages of entrepreneurship, providing a variety of supporting activities, and enhancing entrepreneurial enthusiasm with competitions.
