Investigation and Research on the Employment Status of Competitors in the Secondary Vocational Nursing Professional Skills Competition: Taking the Competitors of Shihezi Health School as an Example

全国职业院校技能大赛以促进就业为目的,本文通过调查我校选手,分析参赛经历对其就业及就业后发展的影响,找出参赛与就业之间的联系,为我校护理专业教育教学改革提供思路。

The purpose of the National Vocational College Skills Competition is to promote employment. By investigating the competitors of our school, this paper analyzes the influence of the participating experience on their employment and post-employment development, finds out the relationship between participating and employment, so as to provide ideas for the reform of nursing education and teaching in our school.
