摘要
空气源热泵热水机能效检验中系统漏热量难以直接测量获得,而按产品标准提供的系统蓄热与漏热的具体测试要求,在重复测试以及实验室间测试比对活动中存在的差异可使测量结果造成较大偏差。本文通过分析系统漏热对机组制热量测量结果的影响,指出现行产品标准规定的检验方法存在的问题,并给出改进建议。同时,提出系统漏热的修正计算模型,可用于企业实验室对测量结果的修正。
In energy efficiency test of air source heat pump water heater, it is difficult to directly measure the heat leakage of the system. According to the concrete test requirements of heat storage and heat leakage based on product standards, the difference between test results in repeated test and inter laboratory can cause a big deviation, when carry out test according to the product standards. This paper analyzes the influence of system leakage heat on the test results of heating capacity, points out the problems in the test methods specified by the current product standards, and gives suggestions on improvement. At the same time, a revised calculation model for system heat leakage correction is proposed, which can be used to correct the measurement results in the factory laboratory.
