经济型酒店又称为有限服务酒店,这种酒店最早开始于欧洲和北美、日本等国家,中国第一个经济型酒店是上海锦江集团旗下的“锦江之星”。现如今,我国已经诞生了如家、7天、汉庭等一大批经济型快捷酒店品牌。经济型酒店快速发展的同时也存在诸多问题,造成了员工的高流失现象,降低酒店竞争力,不利于经济型酒店的长远发展。

Budget hotels are also known as limited service hotels. This kind of hotels started in Europe, North America, Japan and so on. The first budget hotel in China is the "Jinjiang Inn" of Shanghai Jinjiang Group. Nowadays, China has large number of budget express hotel brands such as Home Inn, 7 Days Inn and Hanting Inn. The rapid development of budget hotels also has many problems, resulting in high turnover of employees and reducing hotel competitiveness, which is not conducive to the long-term development of budget hotels.
