摘要
本文主要先介绍记忆合金水流传感器的工作原理及其在燃气热水器上的应用,通过试验分析尼龙PA66外壳的使用对记忆合金水流传感器的影响,进而分析如何通过降低尼龙PA66材料的吸水率从而保证记忆合金水流量传感器水流调节特性的稳定性,为后续记忆合金水流传感器工程设计提供参考。
In this paper, the working principles of memory alloy water flow sensor and its application to gas water heater are introduced firstly. The influence of nylon PA66 shell on memory alloy water flow sensor is analyzed by experiment. Then, how to ensure the stability of water flow regulation characteristics of memory alloy water flow sensor by reducing the water absorption of nylon PA66 material is analyzed, which may provide some reference for the follow-up memory alloy water flow sensor engineering design.
