摘要 本文主要以超低温冰箱的安装脚轮、打包等工序为研究对象,通过分析明确了各工序及设备结构,通过对超低温的输送、夹抱、立箱、移栽、旋转等动作完成了对超低温冰箱的打包工序,设备采用了伺服升降、伺服对中及伺服移栽,很好的满足了不同产品的精度及定位要求,从而满足了不同产品的要求。结果表明,该设备工序流程合理,设备运行稳定,真正体现了减人增效的目的,解决了该类箱体打包难的问题。 In this paper, the installation of casters, packaging and other processes of ultra-low temperature refrigerators are taken as the research object. Through analysis of various processes and equipment structure, the packaging processes of ultra-low temperature refrigerators is completed through ultra-low temperature transportation, clamping, vertical box, transplanting, rotation and other actions. The equipment adopts servo lifting, servo alignment and servo transplanting, which satisfies the accuracy and positioning requirements of different products. The results show that the process flow of the equipment is reasonable, and the operation of the equipment is stable, which truly reflects the purpose of reducing people and increasing efficiency, and solves the problem of packing box.
