摘要
由于房屋使用功能的改变,需要对现有的砖混结构进行改造。考虑到砖混结构改造的安全性问题,需要在改造过程中全程做好临时加固支撑,改变结构的受力体系。以某小型砖混垃圾转运用房的改造为实例,在工程中采用型钢框式托换技术,实践证明可以取得较好的效果。
Reforming of existing brick-concrete structure needs to be done due to change of use of the structure.Considering safety of reforming of existing brick-concrete structure,temporary support is set during the entire reforming process.Practice has proved that good effects have been acquired using the underpinning technology with profile steel frames in an engineering case.
