当今,汽车产业呈迅猛发展态势,汽车用锻件需求量很大。随着汽车轻量化的发展,对锻件的精度要求越来越高,汽车精密锻件具有广阔的市场前景。论文以中机第一设计研究院有限公司多年来在汽车锻件精锻项目的设计经验为依据,对汽车精锻工艺以及设备选型、土建、公用的配套设施等诸多方面及因素进行了统一阐述,可设计该类型的车间提供参考。

Automobile industry is developing rapidly,and the demand for forgings is very large.With the development of lightweight of automobile,the accuracy requirements for forgings are getting higher and higher,so the precision forgings of automobiles has broad market prospects.Based on the experience of many years in the design of automotive forging precision forging projects of First Design and Research Institute MI China Co.Ltd.,many aspects and factors such as automobile precision forging technology,equipment selection,civil construction and public supporting facilities are expounded uniformly in this paper,which can provide reference for designing this type of workshop.
