Discussion on the Risk Taking of Railway PPP Project Construction Project

铁路工程耗资大,工期长,以往以政府财政为主的融资方式无法满足建设要求,因此,国家大力推崇PPP模式开展项目建设。论文介绍PPP模式在我国铁路建设中的作用与应用,分析PPP模式下铁路项目的风险因素,提出相应的风险分担方式,以供参考。

The railway project is costly and has a long construction period.In the past,the government-funded financing method could not meet the construction requirements.Therefore,the state strongly advocated the PPP model for project construction.This paper introduces the role and application of PPP mode in railway construction in China,analyzes the risk factors of railway projects under PPP mode,and puts forward the corresponding risk sharing mode for reference.
