摘要
AP1000核电依托项目参建单位众多,建设过程中,西屋联队、JPMO/SPMO、业主、建安承包商等项目各方之间通信频繁.为确保信函所传达的意图和事项得到及时的回应和完善的处理,切实提高外来工程信函的办结效率,论文从文控的角度出发,从信函的分发、信函的答复率统计以及建立信函跟踪考核制度等方面优化了对AP1000外来工程信函的跟踪管理,以期使信函管理更好地发挥作用,促进核电工程项目有序进展,并形成经验分享.
AP1000 nuclear power project has a large number of participating units. During the construction process, communication between parties involved in the project, such as Westinghouse united, JPMO/SPMO, owner and construction and installation contractor was frequent. In order to ensure that the intention and matters conveyed by the letter get timely response and perfect processing, effectively improve the processing efficiency of external project correspondence, from the perspective of document control, this paper optimizes the tracking management of AP1000 external engineering letters from the aspects of letter distribution, letter response rate statistics and letter tracking and assessment system. The purpose is to make the letter management play a better role, promote the orderly progress of nuclear power engineering projects, and form experience sharing.
