高校基建项目设计管理模式、机制困境及其优化途径探析

An Analysis of Design and Management Mode, Mechanism Dilemma and Optimization Approach of University Infrastructure Projects

随着我国教育事业的不断发展,高等教育扩招政策也在不断地推进落实,高校的在校学生规模和高校的基建规模不断增长。在这样的发展形势下,社会各界越来越重视高校基建管理水平的提升。基于此,论文分析了关于高校基建项目中存在的一些问题,并有针对性地提出了几点相关策略,希望对高校的基建工作能够提供一些参考和建议。

With the continuous development of China's education,the policy of enrollment expansion in higher education is also being implemented.At the same time,the scale of college students and the scale of university infrastructure are increasing.In such a situation,all walks oflife pay more and more attention to the improvement of capital construction management level in colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the university infrastructure projects,and puts forward some relevant strategies,hoping to provide some reference and suggestions for the university infrastructure work.
