摘要
对建筑工程项目分包管理中存在的问题进行总结,并从构建分包商合格名录、规范分包合同管理体系、分包合同的动态管理、借助于培训提高执行力4方面,论述了建筑施工总承包企业分包管理策略。
This paper summarizes the problems existing in the subcontracting management of construction projects,and discusses the subcontracting management strategies of general contracting enterprises from the following four aspects:constructing the qualified list of subcontractors,standardizing the management system of subcontracting contracts,dynamic management of subcontracting contracts,and improving the execution ability by means of training.
