当今的区域性或跨区域性国际组织条约制度研究,已经不是单纯地涉及组织法与条约法自身的问题了。它涉及国际组织内外部的安全、经贸、人文等领域的合作问题,范围越来越宽泛,这或许就是当代区域性或跨区域性国际组织制度研究的趋势之一。在“一带一路”倡议和人类命运共同体构建中,上海合作组织已经出现不同于以往的实践,同时其条约制度也已经呈现出一些新的内容。

At present, the study of the treaty system of regional or cross-regional international organizations is not simply about the problems of the organization law and the treaty law themselves. It involves the cooperation issues in the fields of security, economy, trade and humanities within and beyond international organizations, covering a wider scope of issues, which may be one of the trends in the study of contemporary regional or cross-regional international organization systems. In the "Belt and Road" initiative and the construction of the Community of Shared Destiny for All Mankind, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has practiced quite different from what the past experiences were, and its treaty system has also presented something new.
