基于实践理性的少数民族大学生思想政治教育三维向度研究

The Three Dimensions of Ideological and Political Education for the Ethnic Minority College Students

少数民族大学生思想政治教育,是少数民族教育的重要内容,作为一种社会实践活动蕴含着丰富的实践理性。从马克思主义哲学视野出发,结合实践结构及其内在逻辑关联,提出实践理性的三维向度:价值向度、工具向度、交往向度,三维向度统一于现实人的复杂实践活动,以价值合理的目的预设为逻辑起点,以工具的合理有效使用为可行性路径,以主客体相互作用及主体间性交往为实践过程。提升少数民族大学生思想政治教育实效性,应善于从实践理性的价值向度出发,实现行为之“善”与主体之“善”相统一;善于从实践理性的工具向度出发,实现教育技术、教育载体、教育方法合理有效运用;善于从实践理性的交往向度出发,实现交往式教育、主体交流交往及生活世界的交融。

Ideological and political education for the ethnic minority college students is an important part of ethnic minority education. As a kind of social practice, it is rich in its practice. From the perspective of Marxist philosophy, this paper proposed the three dimension of practice reason in combination with the structure and inherent logic of practice: value, tool, and degree of communication. The three dimensions are unified in the complex practice activities, the purpose of rational value being the logical starting point, the rational and effective use of the tool being the feasible path, and the interaction between the subject and the object and the intersubjective interaction being the practical process. To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for the ethnic minority college students, one should be good at starting from the value dimension to realize the unity of the "goodness" of the behavior and the "goodness" of the subject, from the tool orientation to realize a reasonable and effective use of educational technology, educational carrier and educational methods, and from the communication dimension to achieve an integration of communicative education, inter-subject communication and the world of life.
