改革开放40年来,中国高等职业教育从无到有、从小到大,由弱到强,经历了由慢到快的发展过程,取得了巨大成就。高职教育的改革与发展,提升了高等教育变革的新高度;高职教育的持续快速发展,转变了职业教育观念;培养了大量高层次技术技能型人才,极大地促进了中国社会主义市场经济建设;增加入学机会,促进高等教育的民主化进程,提升社会民众的整体文化素养,增强了社会的整体幸福感。职业教育成就取得的主要原因在于两个团队的高效协作,一个是战略型管理团队,另一个是有着强大实施力的执行团队。

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China’s higher vocational education has experienced a process of development from slow to rapid, and has made great achievements, which is mainly expressed in six aspects. The main reason for the achievement is the efficient cooperation of two teams: a strategic management team and an executive team with strong enforcement.
