摘要 福建工贸学校注重产业专业融合,立足服务于福建省海峡西岸经济区产业转型及日益增长的高品质生活需求,在美发与形象设计专业开展了“教、产、研、训、赛”五位一体化的专业建设与实践。行企校共建校内实体店基地,开展“沙龙体验、一站教学,仿真实训、两个结合,学徒培养、三个阶段,校企一体、四个对接,精细管理、五位一体”的人才培养模式改革。这一改革实践既解决了职业教育行企校合作中存在的共性问题,又探索了产教融合、协作育人的实践路径。 Fujian Industry and Trade School attaches great importance to the integration of production and education, serving the industrial transformation and growing demand for high-quality life in Fujian Economic Zone on the West Coast. The construction and practice of specialty under the integration of “teaching, production, research, training and competition” in hairdressing and image design major was carried out. Industry, enterprises and schools jointly build the physical store based on campus, and carry out the talent-training reform of “one-stop teaching, two combinations, three stages, four joints, and five-in-one”. The common problems existing in the cooperation between industry, enterprise and school are solved and the practical path of cooperative education is explored.
