小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗脑出血120例的临床研究

Clinical study on 120 cases of cerebral hemorrhage treated by small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal

目的研究小骨窗开颅血肿清除术对脑出血患者临床治疗效果。方法240例接受开颅手术治疗的脑出血患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组120例。治疗组患者采取小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗,对照组患者采取传统大骨瓣开颅手术治疗。比较两组患者的血肿消除率及治疗效果。结果对照组患者的血肿消除率为(75.32±4.47)%,治疗组患者的血肿消除率为(91.03±6.22)%,治疗组患者的血肿消除率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=22.468,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为85.00%(102/120),显著高于对照组的60.00%(72/120),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小骨窗开颅血肿清除术用于治疗脑出血患者,能够有效清除血肿,降低患者手术风险,避免患者神经损伤,增强预后,值得进一步研究。

Objective To study the clinical effect of cerebral hemorrhage treated by small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal.Methods A total of 240 cerebral hemorrhage patients treated by craniotomy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 120 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal,and the control group was treated with traditional large craniotomy.The hematoma elimination rate and treatment effect between the two groups was compared. Results The control group had hematoma elimination rate as (75.32±4.47)%,which was (91.03±6.22)% in the treatment group.The treatment group had significantly higher hematoma elimination rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=22.468,P<0.05).The treatment group had significantly higher total treatment effective rate as 85.00%(102/120) than 60.00%(72/120) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal can effectively remove the hematoma of cerebral hemorrhage patients,reduce the risk of surgery,avoid nerve injury and enhance the prognosis.It is worth further study.
