综合护理干预对胃溃疡患者不良心理及生活质量的影响分析

Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention on unhealthy psychology and quality of life of patients with gastric ulcer

目的探讨综合护理干预对胃溃疡患者不良心理及生活质量的影响。方法80例胃溃疡患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采取综合护理干预。比较两组患者不良心理状况及生活质量评分。结果试验组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(41.3±4.1)、(40.5±4.3)分,均明显低于对照组的(53.2±4.7)、(55.7±4.3)分,生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡患者采取综合护理干预可以有效提高患者的生活质量,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on unhealthy psychology and quality of life of patients with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The unhealthy psychology status and quality of life score between the two groups was compared.Results The experimental group had obviously lower self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and selfrating depression scale (SDS) score respectively as (41.3±4.1) and (40.5±4.3) points than (53.2±4.7) and (55.7±4.3) points in the control group,and better quality of life score than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gastric ulcer can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,relieve the unhealthy psychology of anxiety and depression.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
