应用型人才能力培养的对策研究——以产品设计手绘表现为例

Strategies on Cultivation of Application-oriented Talents’ Competency——with Hand Painting of Product Design as an Example

掌握手绘效果图表现是产品设计师的重要能力。在教学中发现存在手绘能力弱化的现象,不利于人才培养。原因在于人才选拔模式、专业基础课程设置不合理,课堂教学效果不突出。结合日常教学经验提出解决问题的对策:调整选拔人才的思路和方法、调整专业基础课程设置、改进课堂教学的思路和方法。

Hand painting is one of the important capabilities for a product designer. However,some students are found to be weak in the field in teaching. This is due to the unreasonable talent option system and educational program design as well as inefficient classroom teaching. On the basis of teaching experiences,the following strategies were proposed in the paper below such as adjusting the principles and methods of talent selection,revising the educational program and improving the principles and methods of classroom teaching.
