民办高校二级教学管理的若干思考

民办高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在当前大众化教育的大背景下,承担着重大的社会责任,也做出了巨大的贡献。学院教学管理工作的正常运行决定了教学质量的有效运行,同时教学管理质量水平的高低直接决定着民办高校发展的前途和命运,决定了高校教学管理的重要性。因此,结合民办高校的教学管理实践,通过对当前民办高校教学管理现状及存在的问题进行分析,对于促进民办高校健康持续发展及提高人才培养质量具有重要的现实意义。

As an important sector of China ’ s higher education,private universities takes great social responsibilities and have made great contributions under the background of mass higher education. In these universities,proper teaching management of the faculties,or secondary schools,determines a university’s teaching quality,which in turn contribute to the future of the university. In the paper below,an analysis was made of current teaching management in the universities of this type and the problems discovered on the basis of practical experiences,which will be of great practical significance for the sustainable development of these universities and the improvement of educational quality.
