摘要
人员编制管理是企业管理的一项基本工作,但也是比较薄弱的环节。达到一定规模的企业几乎都会面临着各部门及下属成员公司反映人员不足的情况,而上级单位通常是通过“拍脑袋”的方式来决定人员编制的,缺乏定量分析,难以服众,也难以满足企业管理的需要。以某电力集团的人员定编为例,分析几种常见的人员编制管理的定编方法,对企业的人员编制管理有一定的借鉴作用。
Staffing management is a basic job of enterprise management,but it is often frustrated by various negative factors. For example,almost any company above a certain size may suffer shortage of human resources in subordinate department or subsidiaries,but the superior authority often make unconvincing decisions arbitrarily without a previous quantitative analysis. In this paper,an analysis of several common methods of staffing establishment was made by taking a power company for example,which will help with related jobs in other enterprises.
