脱贫攻坚视角下安徽大别山欠发达地区绿色振兴体系构建

Green Revitalization System for Underdeveloped Areas in Dabie Mountains of Anhui Province from the Perspective of Poverty Alleviation

绿色振兴是区域经济发展的一次深刻变革,为区域经济跨越发展和生态环境保护提供了耦合路径。安徽大别山欠发达地区经济发展相对滞后,生态环境问题较为突出,同时该区域完成脱贫攻坚目标任务艰巨。安徽大别山欠发达地区应立足自身资源禀赋,发挥“绿水青山”优势,激发区域发展内生动力,形成绿色发展方式,走出具有区域特色的绿色振兴之路。

Green revitalization,a fundamental reform for regional economic development,brings about the possibility to integrate the leapfrog development of regional economy and ecological protection. For underdeveloped areas in Dabie Mountains in Anhui Province where economy is to be developed and ecology to be protected,poverty should be alleviated in these areas on the basis of their own undeveloped primitive natural resources to activate internal forces for the development of green economy with their own characteristics.
