基于赫茨伯格双因素理论构建职业院校教师激励新机制 被引量:1

New Incentive Mechanism for Vocational School Teachers Based on Herzberg’s Two-factor Theory

摘要 基于赫茨伯格双因素激励理论,结合职业院校教师职业满意度的现状,构建职业院校教师激励新机制模型,界定对职业院校教师实施有效激励的激励因素和保健因素。激励因素包括工资待遇、技术培训、高水平院校合作发展、实施职业院校教师资格标准;保健因素包括抓好政策落实宣传、提高社会认可度、树立毕业生榜样、教师兼职多重身份、办公室环境建设、网络在线课程辅助上线、职业院校教师荣誉制度、保障家属福利。 A new incentive mechanism based on Herzberg’s two-factor theory was designed for vocational school teachers in accordance with a survey on their job satisfaction. Of the incentive factors and hygiene factors defined in the model,the former include salary,technical training,cooperation with top universities,vocational school teacher qualification authenticity, whereas the latter include policy promotion and implementation,social recognition,model graduates,part-time job opportunities,office environment,online aiding courses,honorary system and family welfare.
