摘要
目的:探讨硫辛酸联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清炎症因子及电生理指标的影响。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年6月笔者所在医院收治的86例糖尿病并发周围神经病变患者为研究对象,将所选对象按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,对照组采用甲钴胺做营养神经治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上用α-硫辛酸治疗,对比两组的临床效果、血清HIF-1α及VEGF水平、电生理指标情况。结果:治疗后两组TSS评分较治疗前均明显下降,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组HIF-1α及VEGF水平较治疗前均下降,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组神经电生理指标MCV、SSCV较治疗前均明显升高,观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者,可明显提高临床效果,提高神经传导速度,诱导并改善机体炎症因子的表达。
Objective:To study the effect of the combination of Lipoic Acid and Mecobalamin on the serum inflammatory factors and electrophysiological indexes in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:86 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from January 2015 to June 2017.The selected subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with Alpha-lipoic Acid on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,serum HIF-1α level and VEGF level and electrophysiological indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,TSS scores in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HIF-1αand VEGF in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The electrophysiological indexes MCV and SSCV of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Lipoic Acid and Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,increase the speed of nerve conduction,induce and improve the expression of inflammatory factors in the body.
