无痛病房护理工作模式在骨关节外科的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Painless Ward Nursing Mode in Osteoarthroplasty

目的:分析在骨关节外科中应用无痛病房护理工作模式所获得的临床效果。方法:选择2016年5月-2018年1月在笔者所在医院骨关节外科患者94例,按照抽签法将其分成对照组及观察组,每组47例,分别采取常规护理方案单用及联用无痛病房护理工作模式,分析组间护理效果。结果:观察组干预后NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后HAMA、HAMD、EPQ及SRSS评分显著低于对照组及干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预后KPS评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在骨关节外科病房中应用无痛病房护理,有助于缓解其负面情绪,保证情绪稳定,降低疼痛程度,提升睡眠质量,临床价值良好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of painless ward nursing mode in osteoarthroplasty.Method:94 patients with osteoarticular surgery in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to lottery method.47 patients in each group were divided into routine nursing program for single use or combined painless ward nursing mode,and the nursing effect between groups was analyzed.Result:The NRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of HAMA, HAMD,EPQ and SRSS of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and before the intervention(P<0.05).The KPS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those o f the control group after the intervention( P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of painless ward nursing in osteoarthroplasty ward is helpful to alleviate its negative emotions,ensure emotional stability,reduce the degree of pain,improve the quality of sleep,and has good clinical value.
