摘要
目的:对中老年女性妇科病患病现状及保健需求进行研究。方法:选取笔者所在医院妇科病室2018年1-12月诊治的270例中老年女性患者为研究对象,患者年龄均在50~67岁,对其临床资料及疾病情况等进行回顾分析,以对中老年女性妇科病患病情况及其保健需求进行分析。结果:270例中老年女性患者中,以阴道炎患者比率最为显著,占52.2%(141/270),其次为妇科肿瘤,此外,围绝经期综合征患者比率占75.2%(203/270)。对患者保健需求调查显示,117例患者要求定期体检,占43.3%;96患者要求围绝经期咨询,占35.6%,且围绝经期综合征患者的疾病发生与其年龄、文化程度等存在一定关系(P<0.05)。结论:中老年女性妇科病患病类型较多,以阴道炎、妇科肿瘤及围绝经期综合征为主,应通过定期体检和加强妇科卫生知识宣传教育,来满足其保健需求,确保中老年女性健康。
Objective:To study the prevalence and health care needs of gynecological diseases among middle-aged and elderly women.Method:A total of 270 middle-aged and elderly women admitted in the gynecology department of our hospital from January to December 2018 were works were selected as research objects.The patients were between 50 and 67 years old.The clinical data and disease status were retrospectively analyzed in order to analyze the prevalence of gynecological diseases and the health care needs of middle-aged and elderly women.Result:Among the 270 middle-aged and elderly women,the proportion of patients with vaginitis was the most significant,accounting for 52.2%(141/270),followed by gynecological tumors,in addition,the ratio of peri-menopausal syndrome patients was accounted for 75.2%(203/270).According to the survey of patients’ health needs,117 patients required regular physical examination, accounting for 43.3%,and 96 patients required peri-menopausal consultation,accounting for 35.6%.The disease occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome patients had a certain relationship with age and education level(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many types of gynecological diseases in middle-aged and elderly women, mainly vaginitis,gynecological tumors and perimenopausal syndromes.The health needs of middle-aged and elderly women should be met through regular physical examination and strengthening gynecological health knowledge and education.
