Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) is a common and frequently occurring cardiovascular system disease,which poses a serious threat to the quality of life and even the safety of life of the patients,so it is necessary to find a more effective one.More comprehensive,safer drugs that improve the patient’s prognosis.Nicorandil is an ion channel opener and has been widely used in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.This article reviews the mechanism of nicorandil,its role in coronary heart disease,adverse reactions,combined use of drugs and so on.
