特色小镇具有把乡村优美环境、人文风俗、历史文化、特色资源等在空间上集聚的功能,目前已经成为美丽乡村建设的重要载体,是实施新型城镇化、乡村振兴的关键路径。应该以小镇特色产业培育为基础引领乡村产业振兴;以小镇特色文化传承为载体引领乡村文化振兴;以小镇三产融合功能为支点引领新型农业经营体系构建;以小镇地域特色为纽带引领城乡融合发展;以小镇生态特色为目标引领乡村向生态宜居、生活富裕的目标迈进。

In space,characteristic towns have the functions of gathering beautiful rural environment,human customs,history and culture,and characteristic resources.At present,they have become important carriers of beautiful rural construction and the key path to implement new urbanization and rural revitalization.We should take the cultivation of characteristic industries of small towns as the basis to lead the revitalization of rural industry,take the inheritance of characteristic culture as the carrier to lead the revitalization of rural culture,take the function of integration of three industries as the fulcrum to lead the construction of a new agricultural management system,take the regional characteristics as the link to lead the development of urban-rural integration,and take the ecological characteristics as the goal to lead the countryside to ecological livability and rich life.
