摘要
在少子老龄化日趋严峻的背景下,为了提高老年人的生活质量、降低政府财政负担,日本政府正在构建区域性综合医护体系,大力推广面向社区居家养老的医疗及照护一体化服务。本文围绕日本区域性综合医护体系的建设及运营现状,对居家医疗照护的实践及经验进行分析,探讨居家医疗照护一体化中存在的问题以及对我们的启示。
Against the background of an increasingly aging population,and in order to improve the life quality of elderly Japa nese and reduce the financial burden for government,the Japanese government is constructing a regional comprehensive medical district care system and vigorously promoting community-oriented care and care integration services for home-based care.Based on the construction and operation status of the comprehensive medical care system in Japan,the paper analyzes the practice and experience of home medical care,and discusses experiences,problems and lessons from the integration of home medical care.
