摘要
目的:探讨血脂水平与冠心病发病的相关性。方法:选取本院2011年2月至2019年2月收治的50例冠心病患者作为研究组,同时选取来院体检的50例健康者为对照组,比较两组血脂水平,并分析血脂水平对冠心病诊断的特异度、灵敏度及在不同类型冠心病中的差异。结果:研究组TG、Lp(a)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组HDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。但两组在TC、LDL-C上无显著差异(P>0.05)。HDL-C对冠心病诊断的灵敏度(94.34%)高于TC(39.23%)、LDL-C(32.23%)、Lp(a)(49.98%)、TG(70.23%)。心绞痛患者的TG水平明显高于急性心肌梗死、陈旧性心肌梗死患者(P<0.05)。结论:血脂水平参与到冠心病发病中,通过检测血脂水平可为冠心病的诊治提供参考依据。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between blood lipid level and coronary heart disease. Methods: 50 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2019 were selected as the study group, and 50 healthy persons who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as the control group. The levels of blood lipids were compared between the two groups, and the specificity, sensitivity and differences of different types of coronary heart disease were analyzed. Results: The levels of TG and Lp (a) in the study group were higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05), and the levels of HDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group ( P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in TC and LDL-C between the two groups ( P > 0.05). The sensitivity of HDL-C in diagnosis of coronary heart disease (94.34%) was higher than that of TC (39.23%), LDL-C (32.23%), Lp (a)(49.98%) and TG (70.23%). The level of TG in patients with angina pectoris was significantly higher than that in patients with acute myocardial infarction and old myocardial infarction ( P < 0.05).Conclusion: Blood lipid levels are involved in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. The detection of blood lipid levels can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
