耳穴贴压配合降压药物治疗高血压1级患者临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of auricular acupoint pressing combined with antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of patients with hypertension

目的:观察原发性高血压1级患者采用耳穴贴压治疗后的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年10月至2017年10月确诊为原发性高血压1级的120例患者,随机分为降压药物组、耳穴贴压组、降压药物配合耳穴贴压组三组,每组各40例。分别给予降压药物治疗、中医辨证耳穴贴压治疗和降压药物配合中医辨证耳穴贴压治疗,治疗时间为4周。结果:经治疗,耳穴贴压配合降压药物组与其他两组进行对比,总有效率92.5%,主要症状改善95.0%,降压效果明显。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降压药物配合耳穴贴压组降压效果明显。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of patients with essential hypertension after treatment with auricular acupoint pressing.Methods: 120 patients with primary hypertension grade 1 diagnosed between October 2015 and October 2017 were randomLy divided into antihypertensive drug group, auricular acupoint pressing group, antihypertensive drug and auricular acupoint pressing group. 40 cases in each group. They were given antihypertensive drug treatment,TCM syndrome differentiation of auricular acupoint pressing therapy and antihypertensive drugs combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and auricular acupoint pressing treatment. The treatment time was 4 weeks. Results: After treatment, the auricular acupoint pressing and antihypertensive drug group were compared with the other two groups. The total effective rate was 92.5%, the main symptoms were improved by 95.0%, and the antihypertensive effect was obvious. The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The antihypertensive effect of antihypertensive drugs combined with auricular acupoint pressing group is obvious and worthy of clinical promotion.
