外来医疗器械全流程监控管理中CSSD追溯系统运行效果评价

Evaluation of the operation effect of CSSD traceability system in the whole process monitoring management of foreign medical devices

目的:评价消毒供应中心(CSSD)对外来医疗器械全流程监控管理中质量追溯管理系统运行效果。方法:选取连云港市灌云县人民医院使用消毒供应质量追溯管理系统前2015年1月至2016年12月接收的298个外来医疗器械包为对照组,按照常规管理流程处置。消毒供应质量追溯管理系统启用后2017年1月至2018年12月接收的356个外来医疗器械包为观察组,实行全流程质量监控管理,包括回收、分类清洗、消毒、配置与包装、灭菌及发放各环节的信息追溯记录。结果:观察组器械清洗质量不合格率明显低于对照组;观察组标签正确率明显高于对照组;观察组器械数量缺失率和灭菌湿包率明显低于对照组;观察组手术科室满意度为93.75%(30/32),对照组满意度为84.38%(27/32),观察组满意度明显高于对照组(χ^2=5.379,P=0.02),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在外来医疗器械全流程监控管理中运行消毒供应质量追溯管理系统后,CSSD工作人员的责任心及积极性得到有效提高,手术科室对CSSD提供无菌外来医疗器械包专项工作的满意度明显提升。

Objective:Evaluate the operation effect of the quality traceability management system in the whole process monitoring and management of foreign medical devices by the Disinfection Supply Center (CSSD).Methods:298 foreign medical device packages received from January 2015 to February 2016 before the use of the disinfection supply quality traceability management system in Guanyun County People's Hospital of Lianyungang City were selected as the control group and disposed according to the routine management procedures. The 356 foreign medical device packages received from January 2006 to December 2018 after the disinfection supply quality traceability management system was implemented were the observation group, and the whole process quality monitoring management was implemented, including recycling, sorting cleaning, disinfection, configuration and packaging, and extinction. Trace records of bacteria and information on all aspects of the distribution.Results:The unqualified rate of instrument cleaning quality in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the correct rate of labeling in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the missing rate of the device and the wet packaging rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the satisfaction of the surgical (Department in the observation group was 93.75%(30/32), the control group satisfaction was 84.38%(27/32), and the observation group satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group (χ^2=5.379, P =0.02), the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion:After running the disinfection supply quality traceability management system in the whole process monitoring and management of foreign medical devices, the responsibility and enthusiasm of CSSD staff were effectively improved, and the satisfaction of the surgical (Department to CSSD to provide special work for sterile foreign medical device packages was significantly improved.
